What is NS?

Founded in 2023 by artist-photographer Cousin Tito, ForwardThinking is a curatorial project promoting social inquiry through Black creative expression and collaboration. ForwardThinking activates public spaces with arts programming whether it be music, poetry, visual art, photography, or more. Art can drive connection, change, and culture and ForwardThinking is a vehicle bringing underrepresented artists together to do so.

ForwardThinking dot com was taken and Tito had to get creative with the name so, inspired by the letter GmBH and LLC, he appended NS to mean “non-stop” as it was a song he was listening to a lot at the time (shoutout to Drake for that one thing).
