ForwardThinking_NS, hereby referred to as ForwardThinking, will be  a contemporary gallery space and cultural center located in Upton. Through curatorial programming and exhibition, ForwardThinking will promote social inquiry and a commitment to the legacy of Black arts both in and outside of Baltimore.

Designed as a contemporary gallery/events space constructed via two 40ft shipping containers, ForwardThinking will have 640 sq ft of space, a modestly sized exterior space to host a art/photo garden and platform for outside performance.
